● Name of the Activity: “HAPPY CHRISTMAS (WAR IS OVER)”
● Age of the Children: 10-12 years old
● Level: Third
Level / Cycle of Primary Education
● Aspects of English that students are going to practice: Above all Listening but also
Writing, Reading, Speaking and Vocabulary.
● Material:
Word Document and Laptop with internet connection.
● Description of the Activity: Students have to listen carefully the song and
fill in the gaps the correct words. The song will be heard twice and then they
correct the exercise with the teacher. It is a good moment to go over the song
and ask about the words or expressions that students don´t understand. At the
end they will sing together the song and could even be considered to prepare it
for the Christmas Festival of the College.
